Now! Technical Solutions was formed on April 4th 2003 by Paul B. Miller to provide Information Technology services to the small and medium sized businesses of Northern Mississippi and Shelby County, TN.  Bringing 15 years of corporate level experience and knowledge to the table,  Paul has enabled small and medium sized businesses with the ability to use technology to their advantage.

Specializing in the needs of businesses ranging in size from 5-50 users, NOW! Technical Solutions can bring a wide array of benefits to your business with the Windows Server 2003 and Windows Small Business Server 2003 product lines.  With the implementation of these server-based solutions, employees can be more productive in the office and away from the office, and the business itself can operate more efficiently.

Partnering with Dell, IBM, Microsoft and many more industry recognized names to provide solutions to small and medium sized businesses, NOW! Technical Solutions is capable of providing exceptional service and support to our clients.  We have not been able to identify a local competitor who can bring our experience and solutions packages to the table.

about the owner

Paul Miller is a veteran United States Navy Gunner's Mate 2nd class, a graduate of the University of Memphis with a bachelor's degree in Electronic Technology Engineering, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in Windows 2003, 2000 and NT 4.0, a Cisco Certified Network Associate, and trained extensively in the National Security Agency's INFOSEC (Information Security) Evaluation Methodology.  Paul has worked the corporate Information Technology departments  of organizations such as Baptist Memorial Hospital, Hilton Hotels, and AutoZone.  Before striking out on his own private business venture, Paul worked the Network Operations of Helena Chemical Company, where his responsibility was the oversight of a network that covered over 245 servers and 1800 users nationwide. (Which explains his silvering hair.)
