I was running a peer-to-peer network with several large capacity printers, and the time and cost of supporting it was eating into the time I needed to run my business. Paul advised me on the ordering of a new Dell server with Windows Small Business Server 2003. I asked him to put the network together and he did an excellent job of doing so. The network pretty well does what it’s supposed to do without my constant attention. Paul keeps an eye out for the network and I can get more billable work done. NOW! Technical Solutions pulled our business out of a potential nightmare the Monday before Thanksgiving of 2004. We cannot dispatch freight without our network. The server that we used died on the Monday before Thanksgiving, and Paul literally jumped through hoops to get the business up and running. Paul had the parts for a new server ordered by 10:00 a.m. Monday. They were delivered on Tuesday morning via FedEx Overnight A.M. Delivery and Paul had the new server built up and running that night with all of our data transferred and programs up and running. If we ordered through Dell or other big-box big-name vendors, we could have been down for days or even a week or more waiting for a new server. Since then we have followed Paul’s advice on everything we do in regards to the network, and he keeps an eye on us. Since Paul and the technicians at NOW! Technical Solutions watch our network, we are running smooth and without problems.
